About FlexGun

FlexGun is a proudly owned and operating Australian business that offers a range of products including massage guns, neck stretchers, resistance bands and other muscle recovery devices. All of our products are designed to provide deep tissue massages and help relieve muscle tension, soreness and pain.

What is percussive therapy?

FlexGun is run and owned by a qualified Physiotherapist who is passionate about Percussive therapy treatment. Percussive therapy provides rapid bursts of pressure into the tissue of the body which increases blood flow and decrease tension deep within the muscle.

While the Flexgun Mini is great for athletes to recover or warm up for a workout, they are also great for office workers suffering from tech neck, esports athletes and everyday people looking for a quick at-home massage to reduce muscle tension and improve recovery time.

When should I use percussive therapy?

We believe it is important to use the Flexgun Mini before an intense workout, during a workout where you are taking a rest, in between sets and most importantly after a workout. Studies have shown that using percussive therapy before a workout had less pain after their workout. It also reduces muscle tension and soreness which improves recovery time.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Once we receive your order, it will be processed and shipped to you within 1-2 business days.

Can I cancel my order after I've created it?

My order never arrived, what do I do?

Return policy & warranty

What's covered under warranty of my Flexgun device?

To have the Flexgun device or a part repaired or replaced under warranty, it must be returned with the freight prepaid and insured to Flexgun. This warranty does not apply to damage that Flexgun determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Flexgun personnel, including misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents. For any warranty issues, please email info@flexgun.com.au

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, liquids, including but not limited to, water or lotions, the attachment of any unauthorized accessories, alteration to the product, improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, variation in line voltage, dropped product, malfunction or damage of an operating part from a failure to provide manufacturer's recommended maintenance, transportation damage, theft, neglect, vandalism or environmental conditions.

This warranty is effective for all Flexgun products purchased through the Flexgun website within the timelines covered. Any modifications or adaptation to enable it to operate in any other country are not covered under this warranty.

How long is my Flexgun device covered under the limited warranty?

Flexgun percussion therapy devices are manufactured with high-quality industrial parts designed to last. If any malfunctions occur, your limited warranty covers:

- Device for 12 months from the date of purchase.

- Attachments for the first 30 days

What is the return policy

We want you to love your Flexgun device as much as we do. If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your Flexgun, you have 30 days to return it with a money-back guarantee.

  1. Returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase.
     
  2. We don’t cover the shipping cost for the returned device. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we’re not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.
     
  3. Once we receive the return device to our warehouse, it will take approximately 2-3 business days to process a refund.
     
  4. Once we issue a refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.

How to guide

Using the Flexgun mini-massage gun

  1. To turn on the Flexgun mini, press and hold for 3 seconds the power/speed button on the bottom of the device.
     
  2. Float the device across areas in need of treatment, gradually applying light to moderate pressure as needed.
     
  3. Press the power/speed button again to toggle between the 4 speeds.
     
  4. To turn off the Flexgun mini, press and hold the power/speed button until the device shuts off.

Battery and charging

Charging the Flexgun mini-massage gun

1. After turning off the device, plug the USB-c cable to a power adapter to charge.


2. The LED light next to the power/speed button will flash until fully charged.


3. Charging is complete when the LED light is solid green.


4. Make sure to charge the Flexgun mini for 6 hours. 

 

NOTE: Do not turn device on whilst it is charging.

Where does FlexGun ship from?

We ship all orders from Sydney, Australia.

How much is shipping?

All orders shipped within Australia are FREE with our standard tracking shipping offer. 

We also ship internationally. You can check the shipping cost to your country after entering your location details at checkout.

How long will it take for orders to be processed?

All orders are processed every day at 12pm to be shipped out on the same business day. You will receive an email confirming your purchase with your order tracking number.

Can I return or exchange my Flexgun?

We stand behind our products and always want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your Flexgun, reach out to our customer support team at info@flexgun.com.au, and we'll take care of it!

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the product. You must return the product within the 30-day period which starts from the day of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned order we will assess its condition and notify you of the next steps.
