Perfect pillow, do massage, it really help relax the neck muscles and relieve pain, with which I have due to illness of the cervical spine. It will be my pillow every night for 30 minutes before going to bed. I highly recommend it, and also bought one for my brother, who also problems with neckband disc.
I suffer from degenerative disc disease in my neck and also have fibromyalgia. This one item has done more for me in 10 minutes than any amount of yoga, exercise, weight loss, physiotherapy, massage, medication... you name it, ever could. These massage guns have helped me with my recovery so much. I lift heavy three days a week and my job is physically demanding. There’s no better feeling than coming home after work at the end of the day and releasing whatever I’ve been using that day. I really like the size of the gun as others I have used are too difficult to handle. The versatility with attachments and strength of the gun are also stand out qualities.
I love the FlexGun! It’s compact and light - I can take it anywhere with me in my bag, whether it’s to work or the gym. That little device, although compact, packs a punch - its various power settings allowed me to get into my deep tissues! I really enjoyed the multiple attachments too for certain part of the body. I have really tight hamstrings and hips, and this has helped my recovery from training.

Great product to use before and after my gym workouts. I used to suffer from DOMS so bad that it would be hard to feel strong enough to train the next day. Now with the Flexgun mini, I am not feeling as sore which means more gym session which equals more muscle gains :)
